Is
it difficult to use The Marketing Co-op?
Not at all. Once you have subscribed to the service, you will be
able to upload your existing database to our server. To access your
secured data, simply log in with your chosen username and password,
and manage your contacts however you need. Choosing postcards and
changing your monthly message is just a few clicks away.

How
often can I access and manage my database?
You can manage your database at any time. There are no restrictions
as to how often you can access your account.

In
my contact's incoming email list, who will it read that the postcard
is from and what will be the subject heading?
The email will come from the first and last name listed on the account
and the subject of the email will be the title of the postcard.
(i.e. the email will come from: David Jones, with the subject: Success
Doesn't Grow On Trees). Should you want the email to read that it
is from a company rather than an individual, enter the company name
into the first and last name boxes (i.e. First Name: The; Last Name:
Widget Company).

Is
there a limit to the number of contacts allowed in my database?
No. We offer subscription plans that accommodate anywhere from 100
to 100,000 contacts. This plan can be updated as your needs grow.

How
do I choose which postcard will be sent, and when?
When you enter our Online Postcards area, you have the opportunity
to choose a postcard for each month of the year. They can feature
seasonal, motivational or artistic impression themes — or
mix and match — or choose your own custom theme. Then set
your mailing preferences to establish the day of the month that
the postcards will be sent.

Can
I use my logo on the postcards?
Yes. For a minimal, one-time fee, your company logo can be added
to the postcards.

Can
I design my own postcards?
For companies or individuals who are looking for cards exclusively
designed for themselves, The Marketing Co-op does allow the flexibility
of having a single custom card, or an entire set of 12 custom cards
created for your use. These custom cards are yours and yours alone.

How
do I know if someone didn't receive their email or has a change
in contact information?
The Marketing Co-op will send you an email notification if any of
your contacts have changed their personal information. In order
to check for invalid email addresses, you can view them in the Subscriber
Log In area. Once you have logged in, click to Enter & Edit
Names / Data, then click to View List of Bad Email Addresses.

Am
I able to place a link for my business on The Marketing Co-op's
Recommended Links page?
Subscribers are able to place a link on the site in any one of three
ways. (1) You must sign up for a plan of 25,000 or more emails a
month; or (2) You must pay by check in advance for a one year subscription
to The Marketing Co-op; or (3) You can pay a separate charge for
a link at the rate of $100 for six months. Please email contact@themarketingcoop.com

you tell me more about the Free Link Offer?
Qualifying for a free link is dependent upon your chosen subscription
and payment plan, and will last for the duration of that plan. For
those choosing to be billed monthly, your plan must reflect 25,000
or more emails per month. For those choosing to pay by check or
money order for an entire year in advance, any email quantity per
month qualifies for this free link offer. The Marketing Co-op reserves
all rights to refuse any link that The Marketing Co-Op deems offensive.
